The BMC type side spray back blow flat bag dust collector is generally operated under negative pressure. After the dusty air is sucked into the dust collector, it will diffuse into the entire volume of the dust box. Clean air passes through the filter bag, enters the clean air box through the Venturi tube at the filter bag mouth, and is then discharged through the clean air outlet. Dust will be blocked outside the filter bag, and some dust can fall into the ash hopper by gravity, while another part will adhere to the filter bag. After a large amount of dust adheres to the filter bag, it will increase the resistance of the equipment. To maintain the normal operation of the equipment, the dust on the filter bag should be timed. This dust collector adopts a pulse back blowing system, which has a much better dust cleaning effect compared to mechanical vibration cleaning or low-pressure back blowing cleaning. It has no moving components and can greatly reduce maintenance workload.

BMC type chamber side spray back air flat bag dust collector: The entire equipment consists of five parts, which are a clean air box, a dust air box, an ash hopper, a spray device, and a bracket.

1. Clean air box section: This section is equipped with a spray pipe, with a clean air outlet at the top and a maintenance door at the front. When the maintenance door is opened, any filter bag can be easily replaced.

2. Dust and gas section: The dust and gas inlet is located at the upper part of the gas box, which is equipped with filter bags.

3. Ash hopper section: After the dust enters the dust box, clean air is filtered through a filter bag and sent to the clean air box. Dust will settle into the ash hopper. And the settling direction is consistent with the airflow direction, which is conducive to the settling of dust. There is a partition between the clean air box and the dust air box.
